Sparebanken Norge was established through the merger of Sparebanken Sør and Sparebanken Vest, with the legal consolidation completed on May 2. The ambition was to create a strong and distinctive brand that resonates with both existing and prospective customers, while positioning Sparebanken Norge as a leading player in the financial sector.

Through inclusive and collaborative processes, we fostered strong engagement and a shared sense of ownership among employees across the organization.
